In December, I was excited to discover the work of artist Marlis Cornett at a local holiday crafts market. I was particularly drawn to her etched glass work, but have since discovered that she works in many other media including calligraphy, graphic design, jewelry making, and painting. Such talent! I love the unique floral motif on her original lamp design (above, bottom). Also above: A beautiful cloche with etched feathers.
